As for trader 8022, the losses continue 5 days in a row, very demoralise when he visited me on Thursday to seek for advice. He has lost his bearing. His performance has been stagnant for the past few months.
What's wrong with him? With more than 10 years trading experience as a floor trader, 8022 just can't adapt to electronic trading since 2005. He laboured on with great determination despite struggling for the past 6 years.
8038, my brother and I have taken time to coach him yet he is still unable to see the light. He has been a very successful floor trader, a medium size trader that dare to go against the view of some big traders in the pit.
A friend recently asked whether everyone can be a successful trader. My answer is yes but I'm beginning to have my doubt. Some listen to what you teach them but trade differently, they are unable to follow the rules despite being very knowledgeable
